Solution Design integrates customer data management into your system landscape

Solution design is the next step in the project implementation in customer data management after data conception. Once the data conception has been prepared, solution design can begin.

Solution design answers the question of how and with which solutions you want to implement data migration, data governance, your data quality initiative or the introduction of a unique customer ID in your system landscape, for example. The data conception addresses the specific data structure and processes in the context of your starting point and your target vision. Solution Design, on the other hand, refers to the overall solution of your system landscape and your strategic planning:
